ProteinNetVis is a testbed system used by the Visualization Research Lab at Brown University for experimenting with visualization and interaction techniques for protein networks.

A beta version of the system is released for use by the proteomics community. It currently enables a unitary exploration of canonical signaling pathways, protein interaction networks based on HPRD interaction data, and experimental quantitative proteomic data.
