Animation and Multi-Resolution Behavior Overview

The Animation Group at Brown is investigating the problem of creating and controlling animated human characters and large-scale dynamic environments. Research problems in these areas include simulation and rendering speed, ability to interact with the simulation or environment, and the level of realism in the resulting animations.

Projects within the group fall into two main categories:

Realistic Animation of Human Motion

Multi-Resolution Behaviors for Large-Scale Environments
