Things to remember when you're submitting a paper

Make sure you get the sponsors right - there is a sponsors list at /pro/graphics/papers/sponsors (don't just use the sponsors from the Sponsors page)
When you start, put your paper in a subdirectory of /pro/graphics/papers/ and continue to work on it in that subdirectory
Some bibliographic info is available in /pro/graphics/bib, but I think there is other info available elsewhere
